I am looking for a program that I can make my own anime. Im not expecting a large high-tech anime that you see today (and if you could find) to make a well by all means post about it. But I just want a program that I can be on my own cartoons for you to create my own stories.

Toon Boom Toufee, KoolMoves, Express Animator and Anime Studio.

Reproduce I'v heard of the Magna Studio Debut 4, the anime you can create and their creations. There are tools like photo shop and help you to paint and draw. Sat 49.99. Heres the link.
