How do people sell bulk expensive items on ebay? (Xbox, Digital SLR Cameras etc)? - digital slr ratings

I shop in the lot on eBay a seller and you will see the shops that specialize in a particular product, such as an Xbox or a digital SLR. They sell in bulk, also pointing out that more than one camp. There are also reputable sellers with high ratings. It seems a company like Canon or Microsoft, I wonder how it is possible to sell these cheap products in bulk at a fixed price.
