Well, I'm Hispanic and I live in New Mexico, and I make a good sauce. You get fresh tomatoes, diced or cut from the can, usually four doses, or two new buckets, a jalapeno, a clove of garlic and about a teaspoon of chopped coriander. Normally mix, but you can cut and to make a thick sauce or pico de gallo.
